Shipping Methods
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping service
Expedited shipping options may be available for qualifying products.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Large Freight Orders
Oversized signage, displays, and large-volume orders may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments may require delivery appointments or special unloading arrangements.
Multi-Location Shipping

Shipping Damage
Please inspect shipments upon arrival. Any visible shipping damage should be noted with the carrier and reported to Pixelwerx within five (5) business days.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted carriers, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once shipments leave our facility.
