Orders
All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Pixelwerx. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs before approval. Once artwork has been approved, Pixelwerx is not responsible for spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, color choices, or other design errors present in the approved proof.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
By uploading artwork, you certify that you own or have permission to reproduce all logos, trademarks, photographs, and other intellectual property contained within your files.
Pixelwerx assumes no responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.
Color Expectations
Every effort is made to produce accurate color. Due to differences in monitors, lighting conditions, substrates, and printing processes, slight color variations are considered normal and are not grounds for reprinting or refund.
Production Times
Estimated production times begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Production timelines do not include shipping transit times and may vary based on order complexity, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside the control of Pixelwerx.
Limitation of Liability
Pixelwerx's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased product. Under no circumstances shall Pixelwerx be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
